COD4 S.A.S Hand textures

If anyone could help me with those 
it vould be awesome,we could use shon3x COD4 sleeves with those texutures.....
I Also do have Op-Force hand textures(original) but i don't know what to do with them.....

That sleeve from CoD4 I used really looks bad in game. Better use something more detailed, though I really liked that camo.
