i'm looking for some tutorial on "tom-crowley"

i'm trying to get stuffs from cod4 by using XmodelUtills,
but i don't know how it works.....
any leads ?

-export the files you want to maya format (i think is .ma)
-open on maya....there's a trick on the xyz axis in there,and you will need the tom_xmodel plugins
-export to a decent format,which can keep the bones (if im right .obj won't work);
-open the file on 3dsmax,export it as smd (the animations *will* have broken frames,you'll have to fix it manually.)
-do whatever you want with the .smd files (don't forget to convert the textures to the proper format);

**p.s : I may be forgetting something,i'm not working on 3d models since like 4 years ago,and the only way to get this done properly is by testing over and over.But i hope it's useful.

maybe you can try some .smd plugins for maya, but i didnt had luck with these plugins back in the day... i would keep trying with the .fbx format, it always worked for me Laughing
